This week has been really good! I have got to see so many amazing things this week! Sorry this email might be short because I am running low on time, but I'll try to make it good :)
first off im going to tell you guys how our investigators are doing:)
Cynthia is doing amazing! Her baptism date is October 24 which is coming up super quick! But the only concern that we have is getting her to church! She really wants to come but she still cant get off of work for church. In her lesson this week she told us that she is really concerdering on quiting her job if that is what she has to do. She still has a super strong tesimony and stilll is pushing foward!
Ellic is doing alright. Still hasnt gotten a answer yet from praying to know if this is the right path for him. He is really hanging in there though.
So, Sunday evening we had dinner at a members house and got out of there pretty late. We origanally were planning on going over to her house anyway but since it was really late we both wern't sure if we should, but both of us really had a strong feeling that we should so we did! As we pulled up into her driveway we saw that all of the lights were off and it looked like they were sleeping. Sister Knegt and I looked at each other like should we? But then that moment her kids got dropped off and we were able to go and teach the restoration to her and her two kids. That lesson went really well. One of the best lessons we have had! A couple of days ago she said she was wondering, "Why don't we have prophets on this earth today like we did back then?" We told her that we did and that was something that we were going to go over today! Pretty cool right?:)
Recent converts:
Sam and Judy are doing wonderful! We wern't able to meet with them this week because they were sick with the stomach flu so they didnt come to church on sunday because of it. But we are praying for them! .
Angel and Lucas are doing better. We wernt able to meet with them this week because Angel had the stomach flu as well! They would have been at church this sunday if it wasnt for that. But we are still praying for them!
I cant believe that I would be done with training this next week! Its crazy how time flies like that! I am loving the mission life and loving it here in Tennessee! I love and miss you all so so much!
Love,
Sister Jensen
