Sorry, about not writing last week. Things were CRAZY! Well, I am officially in the double digits of days left... Time is going by so fast! Before you know it, I'll be home😉!! Well, this week was really good. So, without further ado, let's get started.
Monday- We drove over to Crossville to hang out with the district. We just stayed at the church and played some games. It was a lot of fun. He have been trying to get our area book cleaned out for the past two transfers so we just went home after payday and worked on that.
Tuesday- we got to work at the food bank which is always a blast. I love the people there so much. We did it really have very much success while finding today. We did end up getting in contact with some former investigators. We were able to teach them the restoration and they are super super sweet. But the best news is that her her niece was there and she was a non member as well but while she was in Crossville about 6 years ago she had met with the missionaries before and she said that she loved it. She was super sweet and willing for us to come back and teach her. God is so good!
Wednesday- while we were doing her morning studies we got a call from a member saying that she fell and she was babysitting so she asked us to come and sit with her until the baby's Parents came and picked up so we did and believe felt so good that we could we help her. Later that day we decided to do some tracting. The first or that we knocked on met this lady name Alice. Super super sweet and so funny! We were able to teach her the restoration. She told us that we can come back! Yay!! After that we found 3 new investigators you not seem apartment complex. That is just proof that's saying was is trying to to get me to stop tracting. Because before we started I've been not want to at all. But we both did anyways and we ended up finding out least three investigators. God so good to us!!
Thursday- we spent most of today weekly planning. After planning decided to go tracting until find some new people. We found at least one person. He seemed pretty interested in what we have to say. I'm so excited to go back and teach him.
Friday- we had district meeting today and it was all good. What is crazy about that was that it was our last District meeting for the transfer. After that would decided to go contact some people. And then we had dinner with a member. She is so sweet and I love her. Then we went to a baptism for in member in our ward. It was a good day!!
Saturday- we went to albany for a couple of hours and we got to meet with Gary. Verniece's friend. We taught him the Restoration and seemed to really like what we were saying! After Gary's we went to our wards halloween party. Which was a lot of fun! Sissy came!! So, that was good!!! ( pictures are bellow.)
Sunday- We went to church and then had Dinner with Whitney! Then we went and tried a couple of people. So, nothing to exciting happend.
Well, that is about everything new that happened this week! I love being a missionary and I am loving Tennessee!! I hope that y'all have a wonderful and safe Halloween on Wednesday!!!
